Telflo is an independent control plane for OpenTelemetry Collectors. It doesn't run a backend and it doesn't ingest telemetry. Its whole job is the pipeline between your customers' systems and your platform: build the config, test it, and roll it out to the fleet.

Teams moving to your platform dual-ship from the same pipelines, compare what both backends receive, and cut over region by region. Proof that nothing went missing is usually what unblocks a stalled migration.
Your exporter, wired correctly
Exporters in Telflo are validated config forms, not free-form YAML. Your future customers set up the export to your platform without opening a support ticket about exporter settings.
One rollout path
Once a config routes to you, customers push it to their whole collector fleet over OpAMP from one place, staged region by region, with rollback if something looks wrong.
