Sub-processors

Telflo engages a small set of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to operate our platform. Each sub-processor below processes customer personal data on Telflo's behalf under contractual obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement we sign with customers.
We will update this page when we add a new sub-processor that processes customer personal data. Customers with an active Data Processing Agreement may subscribe to update notifications by emailing [email protected].

International transfers
Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the transfer of personal data is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), incorporated by reference into our Data Processing Agreement.
Telflo entity and infrastructure
Telflo's own application infrastructure is operated on the cloud platforms identified above. We do not process customer personal data on hardware we own or operate directly. If you require additional detail about hosting topology for vendor diligence, contact [email protected].
